Check out these results:
An agent from Lake Stevens purchased the Snohomish County Pre-Foreclosure List last week. On Saturday, she mailed letters to 30 people from the list letting them know she could help them. On Monday, she called to tell me she already had two homeowners call her!
And that's just the first day they could get the mail! You can safely
bet that she'll get a couple more phone calls from homeowners in need
of relief. All for about $15 in postage. If you are looking for immediate listings TODAY, that is the best return on investment you are going to find.
I am excited to announce that the King County Pre-Foreclosure List
is also now available. Both of the lists are updated every day with new
homeowner names, addresses, assessed values, and phone numbers (when
available).
The agent from Lake Stevens attended my Short Sale Webinar a couple of
weeks ago. She told me she was inspired by what she learned and how she
could help local homeowners relieve their burdens. She took action, and positive results are already happening.
If you want to get in on this, attend this Thursday's webinar and learn
exactly how we are helping hundreds of local homeowners. Here is the
link to the Webinar page: http://www.SeattleShortSales.com/webinars/
We are closing three short sales this week alone. And, as always, no fee to any agents.
The Seattle Short Sale system works. Together, let's help every distressed
homeowner in the Puget Sound settle their accounts with their lenders,
and get moving in a positive direction, as fast as possible.
"We recommend that real estate agents use
Seattle Short Sales for their short sale negotiations."

How to Get All of The Short Sale Listings You Want
Ross Kilburn - Monday, June 29, 2009
There is a tremendous need for informed real estate agents who can help homeowners through the pre-foreclosure short sale process.
The need for short sale specialists simply continues to grow and grow. According to the firm RealtyTrac, foreclosure filings, including notices of default and auction notices as well as bank-owned properties, rose 18% in May from a year earlier.
Seattle Short Sales provides agents will all of the training and tools they need to successfully serve the pre-foreclosure market. Just register for the member only section of the website to download the latest materials. Click on the Agents tab to check it all out. Grab the Agent Short Sale Guidebook for step-by-step instructions on the entire short sale process. Download the "7 Ways to Stop a Foreclosure" special report and provide that to your prospects and clients. Use the Seattle Short Sales DocPac to collect everything you need from the homeowner for the short sale process.
I've updated the Agent Marketing List with this week's names of pre-foreclosure homeowners who need help. (Remember, this is a much better list than the normal Notice of Trustee Sale list. These homeowners have only received their Notice of Default so far. They need your help! In most cases, you will be the first one to contact them.)
Here is a sample from the last seven days of local communities and how many homeowners are new to the list:
Seattle 46
Federal Way 28
Renton 20
Kent 19
Auburn 14
Maple Valley 7
Bellevue 6
Covington 6
Redmond 6
Des Moines 5
Enumclaw 5
Kirkland 4
Snoqualmie 4
If you work in one of these communities, set a task of contacting each of the people on the list. Call them, stop by their house, or send them a letter in the mail. If you know an agent in one of those communities, send them a link to this website and tell them to check out the list. To learn exactly what to say, attend an upcoming Seattle Short Sales webinar and learn exactly what to say to the homeowner.
If you have any questions, click on the Contact Us tab and submit your question. We look forward to helping you with building your short sale business.
